An international law firm is looking for an experienced Business Acceptance Manager to join its Risk & Compliance team in Leeds. The role offers exposure to complex, high-profile matters, the opportunity to work closely with partners across multiple jurisdictions, and genuine long-term career development within a highly regarded global Risk & Compliance function.
In this role, you’ll be trusted to play a key part in safeguarding the firm by:
- Manage and oversee the review of complex conflict checks and new business intake requests across multiple jurisdictions.
- Analyse conflict search results, identify potential legal and commercial conflicts, and recommend appropriate resolutions.
- Advise partners and business teams on conflicts, client engagement issues, ethical considerations, and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with partners and fee earners to facilitate the onboarding of new clients and matters while ensuring compliance with firm policies and regulatory obligations.
- Support the management and development of Business Acceptance Analysts and Senior Analysts, providing coaching, mentoring, and technical guidance.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the firm's international network.
