Capital on Tap is seeking a customer-focused professional to join our Midnight collections team. This is a remote role with a quarterly in-person requirement at our Cardiff office; you’ll work Monday–Friday, 3:30pm–midnight, with training 9:00am–5:30pm for the first four weeks.
You’ll engage with UK and US customers to negotiate repayment plans, analyse financial situations, and ensure compliance with GDPR, FCA, and FDCPA.
