What will you be doing?

Supervise, support and guide a team of Member Experience Assistants and provide day to day guidance Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment Facilitate onboarding and offboarding of members in the building Manage and action incoming emails, deliveries and day to day queries Demonstrate collaboration with all members of the team, including management, facilities and cleaning.

Act as the first point of contact for larger client queries and concerns What can Uncommon give you?
