Hello Everyone, We are Uncommon, a popular and established coffee shop and delicatessen. We are expanding our team at our newest location near Tate Modern museum in the heart of London’s South Bank.
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team. Previous experience as a barista (latte art skills are a plus) and as a shop assistant/shopkeeper, along with a passion for food and drink, are required.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting guests and customers entering the shop
- Providing excellent food and drink service standards
- Managing stock control and inventory
- Assisting customers in finding products
- Processing cash and card transactions
- Stocking shelves with merchandise
- Reporting discrepancies and issues to the supervisor or manager
- Advising customers on product selection
- Maintaining store cleanliness (including hoovering and mopping)
- Handling customer complaints responsibly
- Updating store displays and promotions
We offer a competitive hourly rate of £12-£13, staff discounts on food, and a monthly bonus based on sales performance.
