We’re looking for a detail-oriented and highly organised Project Coordinator to support the delivery lifecycle of projects. Working closely with the Project Management team and wider business, you’ll help ensure projects stay on track, meet deadlines, and align with objectives and budgets.

AlphaVictor is a SaaS platform developed to enhance the user experience and interaction with technology. The platform helps organisations support, manage, and document their technology at scale.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation to closure and beyond.
- Assist the Project Manager in developing project plans and timelines, and in managing resources and schedules.
- Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items, decisions, and dependencies.
- Monitor project progress to ensure timelines and milestones are achieved.
- Maintain and update project management tools (e.g. Wrike / Microsoft SharePoint) to support delivery.
- Assist in maintaining project documentation templates and processes.
- Prepare and distribute regular project reports to internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between project team members, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Identify potential project risks and issues, assist in developing mitigation strategies, and monitor their execution.
- Prepare budget reports and assist with cost management activities.
- Manage client support escalations.
- Act as the main point of contact and lead on small works projects instructed by existing clients.
- Coordinate internal project administration and third-party logistics to support the deployment of our SaaS platform for clients.
- Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in project coordination or related role.
- Direct experience within the workplace technology industry, supporting Audio-Visual-style projects.
- Experience supporting multiple workflows (IT / Security / SaaS) is desirable.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g. Wrike, Microsoft Project, Asana).
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- PRINCE2 (or working towards) is advantageous but not required.
