Specialising in the fashion, music, art, and lifestyle sectors we offer formats including wildposting, billboards, and ambient solutions. With over 30 years' experience and a network of local experts and teams we create impactful campaigns, giving clients visibility in London, New York, Paris, Milan, Berlin, Amsterdam, plus other major cities.

We are excited to offer the opportunity for an experienced Senior Campaign Delivery Manager to join our growing UNCLE team in N1. As the Senior Campaign Delivery Manager, you will be integral to the team’s workflow in coordinating the distribution of posters for UNCLE worldwide (excluding the US).

What You’ll be Doing

  • Lead, motivate, and support the UK Distribution Team, monitoring progress and performance.
  • Coordinate the distribution of global campaigns by liaising with relevant partners and/or local authorities.
  • Take ownership of setting up and improving cross-functional operational processes to increase efficiency and consistency.
  • Manage deadlines for receiving client assets and ensure timely delivery to printing companies across international markets to ensure posters are received on time for posting.
  • Advise sales team on relevant inventory through our suppliers and check availabilities when requested.
  • Work closely with finance team to coordinate payments to all international suppliers, including raising purchase orders.
  • Follow up with suppliers once campaigns are booked, including sourcing location lists for photographers and sales teams.
  • Develop in depth knowledge of key cities, identifying growth opportunities and improving operational processes.
  • Research and assess new markets based on client requests via the sales team.
  • Create and manage posting schedules across all cities, during high-demand periods such as Fashion Week.
  • Collaborate with the photography team to expand the international photographers and videographers database, book campaigns shoots as needed and distribute content to sales and marketing teams.
  • Maintain up-to-date rate cards for all global cities, ensuring alignment with supplier cost changes.
  • Take ownership of operational challenges, escalating where appropriate and resolving issues calmly and effectively.

About You

  • Proven experience in international operations or distribution.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team.
  • Strong people-management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Strong time management and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to plan ahead while adapting to unexpected changes.
  • Additional European language skills (particularly Italian, Spanish or French).
  • Experience in Out-Of-Home (OOH) advertising is desirable.

Salary of circa £42K plus bonus scheme to share in company success. 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays and an additional day off to celebrate your birthday (incrementally rising to 30 days after 5 years’ service).
