Responsibilities
Oversee day‐to‐day bakery operations, ensuring high‐quality production and customer satisfaction.
Lead and mentor a team of bakers, pastry chefs, and front‐of‐house staff.
Develop and execute creative menus while maintaining authenticity and cultural heritage.
Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage cost control to maximize profitability.
