What you will do ✍️ As a backend developer, you will own the services related to the context of your work, especially building and operating high-quality systems for the exacting standards of the financial services sector. We want you to improve the quality of our systems and suggest ways we could achieve it.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest microservices technologies and best practices, ensuring the team remains at the forefront of innovation in the field.
  • Work effectively as part of a self-managed team, demonstrating strong collaboration skills and a commitment to team dynamics in Kanban methodologies with fewer meetings and more focus time.
  • Design, develop, and maintain microservice architectures for high-performance applications using the latest Java and Spring framework versions.
  • Utilise real continuous deployment processes that take 10 minutes.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with occasional in-person meetings in small self-managed teams built with engineers and product owners.
