We’re recruiting for a Learning & Development Manager to join a growing operational business based in Essex. This is a hands-on role focused on improving training, supporting staff development, and ensuring teams are working to the correct procedures and standards.

You’ll work closely with managers across the business to identify training needs, deliver engaging training sessions, improve onboarding, and help develop employees across different departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and improve training programmes across the business
  • Support onboarding and ongoing staff development
  • Work with managers to identify skills gaps and training needs
  • Maintain training records and compliance documentation
  • Support leadership and coaching development
  • Help create a positive learning culture
  • Assist with compliance and audit-related training requirements
  • Support the use of digital learning and LMS systems
About You
  • Previous experience within Learning & Development or Training
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Comfortable delivering training to operational teams
  • Able to build relationships across different departments
  • Organised, proactive, and hands-on approach
  • Experience within a regulated or operational environment would be beneficial
