We’re recruiting for a Learning & Development Manager to join a growing operational business based in Essex. This is a hands-on role focused on improving training, supporting staff development, and ensuring teams are working to the correct procedures and standards.
You’ll work closely with managers across the business to identify training needs, deliver engaging training sessions, improve onboarding, and help develop employees across different departments.
