About the Role

  • We are looking for a Paid Media Exec to own the management and optimisation of our paid acquisition channels across both the UK and US markets.
  • This role will be responsible for executing and scaling paid media campaigns across platforms, including Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
  • Working closely with the Growth Manager, you will help implement strategies to improve campaign performance and drive incremental growth.
  • This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in scaling our paid acquisition programme in the US market, while continuing to optimise our more established UK campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Paid Media Strategy Execution
  • Execute the paid acquisition strategy across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and other paid channels.
  • Manage and optimise campaigns across Search, Demand Gen, You Tube, and display formats.
  • Identify opportunities to scale high‑performing campaigns while maintaining efficiency.
  • Campaign Management & Optimisation.
  • Own the day‑to‑day management of paid media campaigns across the UK and US markets.
  • Monitor campaign performance and make data‑driven optimisation decisions across bidding, targeting, and creatives.
  • Manage budgets across campaigns to ensure efficient spend and pacing.
  • Experimentation & Testing
  • Implement structured campaign experiments to improve performance.
  • Test new targeting strategies, campaign structures, and messaging approaches.
  • Collaborate with the Growth Manager to execute the experimentation roadmap.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance against set KPIs and optimise towards them.
  • Provide regular performance insights and recommendations based on campaign data.
  • Identify trends, issues, and opportunities that could impact growth.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with teams across product, analytics, and marketing to improve the acquisition funnel.
  • Support landing page and messaging tests to improve conversion rates.
  • Share insights from paid media data to inform broader marketing and growth initiatives.

Requirements

Experience

  • 3-5+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns.
  • Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Experience running campaigns for lead generation.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and optimisation strategies.
  • Technical Skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
  • Strong experience with keyword targeting, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation.
  • Experience analysing campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Familiarity with conversion tracking and attribution.
