We are hiring an experienced B2B marketer to accelerate our enterprise growth engine over the 6 months between June to December 2026 (Maternity cover). Your focus will be to:
- Build a clear, scalable B2B marketing strategy
- Turn existing activity into a predictable & measurable pipeline engine
- Deliver high-quality customer engagement (we have 10 events planned)
- Strengthen customer revenue (upsell & retention)
By the end of the 6 months, we should have a repeatable, data‑led B2B marketing machine that is clearly contributing to revenue growth in both the UK and US.

What you’ll deliver in 6 months
- A clear, executable B2B strategy
- Define target segments across top 100 UK & US financial advice firms
- Sharpen ICP, personas, and messaging
- Audit current activity and identify gaps across pipeline, attribution, and conversion
- Align fully with Sales, Product and Customer teams on priorities
- A pipeline engine that works
- Build and execute multi‑channel campaigns
- Improve lead quality, conversion rates, and attribution clarity
- Establish clear channel ROI and budget allocation logic
- Create tighter marketing to sales handoffs
- High‑Impact customer & prospect events (10 events delivered)
- Own strategy, execution and follow‑up of 10 high‑quality events (roundtables, breakfasts)
- Ensuring events are targeted, commercially valuable & well integrated into broader campaigns
- Stronger customer marketing (upsell & retention)
- Improve how we engage and grow existing customers
- Build campaigns focused on upsell and retention
- Work closely with the Customer team to identify and act on opportunities
- A data‑led marketing function
- Define and implement clear KPIs and reporting
- Bring clarity to attribution, funnel performance & campaign ROI
- Create simple usable reporting for leadership

About you
This is a high-impact, high‑visibility 6‑month role where your success is defined by what you build and leave behind. You’ll like fixing things that “sort of work but not really”, creating clarity from messy marketing and driving commercial outcomes quickly.
8+ years in B2B marketing in SaaS or marketplace
Experience operating at £20m‑£50m+ revenue stage
Strong track record of driving pipeline and revenue
Highly data‑driven and commercially minded
Experience targeting enterprise / senior stakeholders
Hands‑on experience delivering high‑quality events
Experience with HubSpot desirable
Comfortable being both strategic and hands‑on in a lean team
