Arthur D. Little, with a history spanning over 140 years, is a global management consulting firm dedicated to helping organisations navigate the ever-changing business landscape. As the world's first management consulting firm, we have consistently linked people, technology, and strategy to address the challenges and opportunities faced by our clients. In today's rapidly evolving environment, organisations must balance conflicting demands such as short-term performance versus long-term innovation, competition versus collaboration, and investment in people versus technology. At Arthur D. Little, we provide strategic guidance and support to help clients anticipate change, innovate, and adapt, ensuring they thrive in this dynamic setting.

Arthur D. Little offers internship opportunities for students nearing graduation and recent graduates from top-tier universities. Our Business Analyst Interns work as integral members of project teams, often taking on responsibilities similar to those of full-time junior consultants.

Responsibilities

  • Apply quantitative and analytical skills to evaluate and interpret data
  • Design and develop tailored analytical tools to solve complex problems
  • Synthesize findings into clear, action-oriented recommendations
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design and implement innovative solutions
  • Take initiative on both client engagements and internal projects
  • Communicate insights effectively to project teams and, at times, directly to clients
  • Gain early responsibility for delivering high-impact project outcomes

This role requires creativity, intellectual curiosity, and structured problem-solving. A willingness to travel occasionally may be required.

Qualifications

We are seeking outstanding students in their final year of studies or recent graduates from leading institutions. Ideal candidates will meet the following criteria:

  • Academic Excellence in a quantitative or analytical field (e.g., business, economics, engineering, science, or mathematics)
  • Prior internship or research experience in an analytical or consulting-related role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal — with the ability to present confidently and professionally
  • A motivated self-starter with a strong team-oriented mindset
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and deliver results
