Responsibilities

As a trainee butcher in our academy, you will:

  • Learn and apply core butchery skills, techniques and best practices.
  • Develop confidence using a range of meat cutting tools and machinery.
  • Work as part of a dedicated, professional team.
  • Build strong knowledge of the food processing industry.

After 3-6 months you will be enrolled on the apprenticeship program to continue your development.
