To deliver excellent execution within key away from home coffee chains, QSRs & independents, wholesale B2B & Foodservice customers responsible for the management and delivery of the Shopper Marketing plans across the Alpro brand.
Role Focus
- Analysis of shopper data (where applicable) and previous activations to provide insight for campaign plans by customer.
- Monthly budget forecasting and reviews, adjusting accordingly based on data.
- Ownership and delivery of campaign performance and target tracking.
Customer Engagement
- Lead shopper marketing contact to nurture & grow our Alpro partnerships across the top 4 coffee chains, from idea generation to execution.
- Nurture and manage your day‑to‑day customer contacts (wholesale & food service/contract catering).
- Ensure we are the ‘supplier of choice’ by understanding best in class ways of working and consistently delivering against this.
Project Management
- Working closely with Sales and Marketing IBC team to ensure the delivery of aligned and impactful brand & channel specific messages.
- Working with customers to collaboratively plan and execute tailor‑made shopper plans to budget, evaluating and adapting as necessary.
- Lead the always on Alpro brand engagement across B2B training platforms, customer trade shows/coffee shows & POS ordering system.
- Responsible for the excellent execution of NPD in specific customers.
- Tracking of the key targets (e.g. activation ROI, shopper conversion, customer touchpoints) to deliver the plan, working across functions to execute.
- Delivery of each campaign by subchannel (e.g. main estate, convenience, online etc) to maximise ROI.
Team Engagement & Development
- Being an active member of the Shopper team.
- Delivery management through setting the plans for activities and desired outcomes, engages the team on the ‘why’ of each project and coaching on the day‑to‑day challenges.
