Job Description

How You’ll Make an Impact

Lotame (part of Epsilon) is looking for a Senior Sales Manager that will be intimately involved in driving new revenue and developing audience data partnerships focusing mainly on brands, but also agencies and activation partnerships. You will need to have a firm understanding of the current online advertising ecosystem, and should be extremely self‑motivated, enthusiastic, passionate, creative, hardworking, and comfortable working in a target driven environment meeting commercial outcomes. This is a hybrid role based in London (4 days per week).

What You’ll Achieve

  • Establish and maintain current and potential client relationships.
  • Identify and resolve client concerns.
  • Work with Account Managers to identify client growth opportunities.
  • Educate buyers, account managers, etc. about Lotame’s audience data and upsell offerings.
  • Attend industry, social, and networking outings.

What you’ll bring with you:

  • 4+ years of experience in a Digital Selling Role, ideally programmatic data sales.
  • Brand experience and contact network.
  • Proven experience prospecting, delivering presentations, and executing sales.
  • Highly motivated, results‑driven, and committed to growing your business.
  • Understanding of the programmatic RTB space, digital buying and planning processes within programmatic ecosystem.
  • Outgoing and personable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to travel both domestically and internationally.
