We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to play a central role in shaping and scaling product solutions across our global performance organisation. This is a fixed term contract position for 9 months. This role sits within the Global Performance team, part of a wider unit delivering digital activation across 57+ markets. You’ll work closely with product, client and market teams, helping to prioritise what gets built, ensure it’s delivered effectively, and drive adoption across the business. You’ll have end‑to‑end visibility of product initiatives, from roadmap prioritisation through to onboarding and performance tracking. The role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery, and would suit someone who is comfortable navigating complexity, influencing stakeholders, and improving how products are rolled out at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Own product roadmap prioritisation, aligning business goals, user needs and market opportunities
  • Track and manage onboarding deliverables, ensuring timelines and milestones are clear and met
  • Build and maintain tracking systems for product adoption, performance and key deliverables
  • Partner with client teams to deliver product demos, onboarding and ongoing engagement
  • Monitor KPIs and ensure performance outcomes are measured, reported and continuously improved
  • Act as a point of escalation for product or account challenges, coordinating cross‑functional solutions
  • Drive clear communication between product development, stakeholders and end users, including feedback loops and product updates

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable experience in product management or a closely related role, with ownership of product initiatives end‑to‑end
  • Background in digital media, performance marketing or media operations, with an understanding of core channels (e.g. search, social, programmatic)
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and work across multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Strong organisational and delivery skills, with experience tracking timelines, deliverables and KPIs
  • Confident communicator, able to engage both technical teams and business stakeholders
  • Experience using project management tools and workflow systems; exposure to low‑code solutions is beneficial
  • Analytical approach, comfortable using data to inform decisions and measure success
