We are hiring a Paid Social Senior Account Executive to join our Microsoft team, supporting the delivery of impactful, insight-driven campaigns across global platforms. This is a brilliant opportunity to shape how Microsoft connects with its audiences through thoughtful, performance-led social media activity. You’ll play a key role in both planning and execution, bringing together creativity and data to drive measurable results. Working closely with a Paid Social Account Manager, you’ll be supported to grow your expertise while making a real impact from day one.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and activate paid social campaigns across leading platforms including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest and Reddit.
  • Turn client briefs into clear, compelling media plans and presentation materials.
  • Optimise live campaigns to improve performance and deliver stronger outcomes.
  • Manage campaign setup, trafficking and delivery with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Support financial processes such as bookings, reconciliations and resolving queries.
  • Analyse performance data and provide clear, insight-led recommendations for future activity.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams, contributing to a positive, collaborative culture.
