The Senior Manager for StoneX Self‑Directed Marketing will play a pivotal role in establishing, developing, and growing the StoneX Self‑Directed business across the UK at first and eventually EU and Middle East. This role focuses on strategic marketing execution, regional growth, and building a strong, consistent brand presence across our key business in the United Kingdom, but eventually across European and Middle East markets.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Marketing: Develop and execute the UK marketing strategy aligned with the broader Self‑Directed business objectives. Lead integrated marketing campaigns supporting product launches, customer acquisition, engagement, and regional brand growth.
- Brand Management: Champion the StoneX brand across UK Self‑Directed and investor audiences, ensuring messaging and visual consistency. Drive brand‑building initiatives that enhance market awareness and position StoneX as a trusted leader in financial services and trading.
- Market Research & Insights: Monitor UK & EU market trends, regulatory changes, customer behaviours, and competitor activity. Use regional insights and analytics to improve marketing effectiveness and tailor campaigns to local audiences.
- Digital Marketing & Analytics: Oversee performance‑driven digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, paid media, email, content marketing, and social channels across UK markets. Manage marketing technology tools and dashboards to measure KPIs and optimize campaign performance.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with regional product, sales, compliance, and senior leadership teams to ensure alignment on priorities and go‑to‑market activities. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to enhance execution and drive improved commercial outcomes.
- Budget Management: Manage the UK StoneX trading marketing budget for the Self‑Directed business, ensuring efficient allocation and strong ROI. Track spending, optimize costs, and adjust investment based on campaign performance and market needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A Master’s degree is advantageous but not required.
- Minimum 7–10 years of marketing experience, including time in a senior or strategic role. Experience in financial services, trading, fintech, or B2B/B2C markets within the UK or EU is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to design and implement multi‑channel marketing strategies.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and regional customer behaviour.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective project management with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
