Institutional: Immerse yourself in the best-in‑class institutional‑grade technology, working alongside industry experts and gaining exposure to various asset classes, such as equities, options, fixed income securities, and advanced trading, research, and management technology.
Position Purpose: Expand the Rates business’s revenue profile, market presence, and coverage capacity via individual institutional account coverage and collective market intelligence.
Responsibilities:
- Own Global Sales initiatives in newly‑launched StoneX European Government Bond franchise and expand the StoneX US Treasuries product regionally amongst an institutional client base.
- Build, grow, and maintain valuable client relationships – both through existing networks and new client bases – by establishing a face‑to‑face presence with both clients and prospects via meetings and entertainment that may require business travel.
- Create and distribute market commentary and content to represent the trading desk, including trade ideas, market movements, and trading axes.
- Work with wider StoneX teams globally to identify opportunities for the Rates product within existing client bases and also cross‑sell StoneX expertise into other products, including our capabilities in custody, clearing, global payments, and repo.
- Share local client knowledge of market activity and interest across fixed income products with teams in both New York and Singapore.
- Support colleagues in their own efforts with all the above duties, including on a daily transactional basis to ensure the best‑in‑class client experience never falters.
- Ensure absolute compliance with all industry regulatory rules as well as firm policies.
- Maintain a demeanor that is consistent with a positive and collegial work environment for all.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 5-7 years of direct institutional interest rate sales experience.
- Existing book of client business preferred.
- In‑depth knowledge of the US Treasuries and European Government Bonds (Germany, France, Italy) and UK Gilts as well as other rate products, including understandings of bond duration, Central Bank dynamics, curve metrics, and trade pricing.
- Demonstrated success in client relationship building / existing account base.
- Client skills spanning attention, professionalism, persistence, and persuasion.
- Unrelenting drive to grow your own client business, in the context of a team effort.
- Genuine interest in and awareness of global markets fluctuations.
- FCA License & FINRA Series 7 will be required.
