Mission

We are seeking an experienced Employer Branding Specialist to help us showcase our company culture and attract top talent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that enhance our employer brand, increase employee engagement, and promote our company values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement an employer branding strategy that aligns with the company's vision and values.
  • Create compelling content that showcases our company culture and values, including employee stories, videos, and social media content.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including HR, recruitment, and marketing teams, to ensure a consistent and cohesive employer brand message.
  • Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure that our employer brand messaging is aligned with the hiring needs of the company and our target audiences.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of our employer branding initiatives and use data to continuously improve our strategies.

Skills and Attributes
