Research Executives play an important role in helping us deliver high-quality insight programmes for our clients. This is a hands-on role that supports the end-to-end delivery of both qualitative and quantitative research projects, from study design and client management through to analysis, reporting and insight generation. The role is suited to someone who is curious about people, commercially aware, highly organised and motivated to develop a career in research and insight consultancy. You will work closely with colleagues across Client Advisory and Research Operations, gaining exposure to a broad range of sectors, methodologies and client challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Research Delivery
    • Support the day-to-day delivery of quantitative and qualitative research projects.
    • Assist with questionnaire design and the creation of discussion guides.
    • Work closely with internal operations teams to coordinate fieldwork and ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently.
    • Carry out quality assurance checks across projects to ensure research outputs are accurate, robust and fit for purpose.
    • Help manage timelines, project administration and status updates across multiple workstreams.
  • Client Support
    • Support client communication throughout the lifecycle of projects and programmes.
    • Build strong working relationships with clients through responsive, proactive and professional communication.
    • Assist in responding to client queries and help ensure a positive client experience throughout delivery.
  • Insight & Reporting
    • Support the preparation of reports, presentations and commercial insight deliverables.
    • Analyse data to identify key themes, trends and stories within the research.
    • Contribute to turning research findings into clear, actionable and engaging insight for clients.
    • Support the delivery of ongoing tracking and always-on research programmes.
  • Learning & Development
    • Build experience across different research methodologies, sectors and client challenges.
    • Develop strong analytical, storytelling and consultancy skills.
    • Take ownership of personal development and actively seek opportunities to learn and grow within the business.
    • Contribute positively to team culture and collaboration across the wider company.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong attention to detail with good numeracy and written communication skills.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Confidence using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Interest in consumer behaviour, brands, culture and the role insight can play in shaping better business decisions.
  • Curiosity, energy and a genuine interest in understanding people.
