Job Description
What will you be doing? As the Publishing, Audio and OOH Director, you will predominantly take a lead in delivering Publishing and Audio strategic responses, whilst negotiating with media owners to deliver cost efficient and effective plans. Alongside leading on the Publishing and Audio strategy, you’ll have the opportunity to upskill in OOH, supporting on strategic responses that cover OOH content, location data, analytics, insight, programmatic DOOH and creative OOH opportunities. You’ll sit at the heart of a major beauty portfolio, shaping campaigns for globally recognised brands across skincare, cosmetics, and luxury beauty. This is a rare chance to blend strategy, data, creativity, and commercial leadership across multiple channels—while working with a team that genuinely goes the extra mile.
Responsibilities
- Lead Publishing & Audio strategy, delivering smart, effective, and innovative media plans
- Collaborate on OOH campaigns, including programmatic DOOH, location data, and creative opportunities
- Own senior client relationships—becoming the go-to strategic partner
- Negotiate with media owners to deliver best-in-class value and performance
- Turn data into action with insight-led planning and measurement frameworks
- Drive award-winning ideas and continuous innovation
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team
Qualifications
What are we looking for?
- Proven experience across Print, Radio & Digital Audio planning
- Strong commercial mindset with excellent negotiation skills
- Passion for data-driven marketing and emerging tech (location-based, attention metrics, etc.)
- Confidence managing senior stakeholders and complex client environments
- Track record of over-delivering on campaign performance
- Experience building strong relationships with publishers and partners
- Leadership experience with a focus on team growth and development
