Hi there! We’re Constellation. Ready to work with one of the biggest clients in the world? We’re a multi-disciplinary team with ambitions of transforming marketing by putting people (including our consumers) first, and we’re looking for new talent to work on one of Publicis Groupe’s most prized clients, Samsung, a top-five-in-the-world company boasting an audience of over 1 billion people in 80 countries. It’s purposeful work that can be demanding, but our ideal candidate relishes a challenge. So, if you’re ready to join a world-class agency and a top-tier client, we’re ready for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
Ready to play a key role in some of Samsung’s biggest global digital partnerships? If you love working across markets, platforms, and partners and thrive where media, tech, and strategy collide....this one’s for you. We are looking for a Global Digital Partnerships Manager who will be based in London. You’ll support the SVP of Digital Partnerships and the Partnerships Account Director, helping to deliver Samsung’s annual Global Digital Deals with the world’s leading digital media platforms.
Responsibilities
- Global Partnerships & Client Collaboration
- Work closely with Samsung HQ stakeholders in Korea, providing on-demand client servicing, deal expertise, and partner insight.
- Help deliver and optimise global partnership deals with 10+ major digital media platforms across Korea, London, and New York.
- Unlock maximum financial and strategic value from each deal, gaining access to product roadmaps, early innovation opportunities, and media testing.
- Support local markets when troubleshooting or navigating partner opportunities.
- Data, Reporting & Insights
- Own monthly reporting across media partners, including:
- Investment tracking: YoY spend, spend vs deal commitments, product and placement investments
- Financial value: value unlocked vs value delivered
- Strategic value: progress on key projects and workstreams
- Work confidently with large media spend datasets—ensuring accuracy, consistency, and clarity to support decision-making.
- Spot trends, connect the dots, and turn data into actionable insights, not just pacing updates.
- Lead QBRs focused on deal delivery, action planning, and scalable learnings.
- Deliver pacing and forecasting reports with partners, agencies, and local clients to anticipate performance and value delivery.
- Partner with Constellation teams in local markets to understand media priorities, investment forecasts, and partnership opportunities.
- Support markets in maximising deal benefits and value utilisation.
Qualifications
- Experience managing global digital media or technology partnerships, with a proven track record of delivering complex, high-value commercial agreements with major platform partners.
- Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working with senior stakeholders, regional teams, and agency partners across multiple international markets.
- Advanced analytical and reporting capability, including oversight of media investment, financial value, and strategic value reporting, with the ability to ensure data accuracy and turn insights into strategic recommendations.
- Expert knowledge of digital media ecosystems, including DSPs, ad platforms, ad inventory, and measurement solutions, and the ability to guide partners and teams on product roadmaps and innovation opportunities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills at a senior level, with experience leading QBRs, influencing decision-making, and clearly articulating performance, risks, and opportunities to executive stakeholders.
- Highly numbers-driven with excellent attention to detail, and extensive experience in financial, investment, and performance reporting, ensuring a high level of data accuracy and reliability.
