We are hiring a New Business Project Director to manage the orchestration of standout pitches that win work and build momentum. This is a pivotal role at the heart of how the growth team works, leading on the effective delivery of all aspects of a pitch. What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage end-to-end pitch processes, ensuring every stage runs smoothly and on time
  • Build clear, structured pitch plans and timelines aligned to client expectations
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, scheduling sessions and keeping momentum consistent
  • Own the development and delivery of pitch submissions, maintaining quality throughout
  • Manage content flow, ensuring materials are delivered, reviewed and refined effectively
  • Partner with internal and external collaborators to deliver engaging pitch theatre
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for senior stakeholders, providing clarity and confidence throughout
  • Support the Business Development Director, who will act as the strategic lead on pitches

  • Proven experience in new business or pitch management within a media agency environment
  • Strong project management capability, with confidence managing multiple workstreams
  • High attention to detail and comfort working with spreadsheets, trackers and timelines
  • Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
  • Experience coordinating large-scale pitches across multiple internal and external partners
