Role Purpose: A key member of the Impulse channel, assisting to deliver profitable growth and excellent execution within one of the key Retail Conv customers, Spar and full P&L ownership of the Booths account. Partnering with key stakeholders internally and externally to support and lead the day-to-day responsibilities of delivering the Spar Dairy & Booths total number and playing a key role in supporting on the administration management across total Spar. The key external contact for our Celeb Retailer forum; liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure we keep learning from and generating awareness across the Impulse Channel for our brands & the Danone mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analytics: Ownership of Super 7 KPIs that include Spar invoicing matching and price claims process, ensuring this is done on time, accurately and in full each month. Responsible for reporting the delivery and tracking performance on the Spar dairy and Booths numbers. Monthly forecasting, adjusting accordingly based on data and feedback from customers.
- Retail Execution: Promo start date store visits to ensure excellent execution of our plans and competitor analysis feedback. Ownership of a shopper budget to contribute to the building and execution of our plans within customers.
- Promotional and Price Management: Completion of promotional nomination forms, updating calendars and pricing forms for all categories.
- Customer Engagement: Leading on external conversations to devise growth initiatives to support the delivery of the Retail Conv target. Supporting with customer brand planning thinking and execution across all categories. Supporting with any customer queries, for example, supply communications and invoicing queries.
- Project Management: Ownership of the Joint Business Plans for Spar dairy and EH Booths.
Scope & Impact:
- Manage the execution of promotions and activations.
- Build and share best practice across teams and peers.
- Own the contact matrix of the Celeb Retailers and work to generate awareness of key campaigns across the Impulse Channel.
- Being an active member of the Impulse team by supporting the team on a wider project and working collaboratively across all functions.

Salary Bracket: £34,000.00-£38,000.00 per annum.
