We are hiring a Measurement Transformation Lead to help shape the future of how marketing effectiveness drives growth. This is a rare opportunity to define and embed a next‑generation measurement vision across Sky and Publicis Next, working at the intersection of strategy, data, and decision‑making. You’ll influence how investment decisions are made, ensuring measurement becomes a true catalyst for smarter, faster growth. Responsibilities

  • Define and lead a transformation roadmap that advances measurement maturity across Sky and Publicis Next.
  • Design and embed a unified effectiveness framework connecting MMM, attribution, testing, and brand measurement.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, shaping how measurement supports confident business decisions.
  • Translate advanced methodologies into clear, actionable frameworks used by planners and marketers.
  • Champion modern growth science approaches, including causal inference and Bayesian thinking, within decision‑making.
  • Build and lead a high‑performing, multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of curiosity, rigour and impact.
  • Establish governance across KPIs, measurement standards, and learning agendas to ensure consistency and quality.

Qualifications

  • Experience leading measurement, marketing effectiveness or growth strategy in complex environments.
  • Strong understanding of advanced measurement approaches such as MMM, attribution, experimentation and brand tracking.
  • A track record of driving transformation programmes with clear business impact.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and build credibility at executive level.
  • Confident communicator, able to simplify complex ideas while maintaining analytical integrity.
  • People leadership experience, with a collaborative and inclusive approach to team development.
  • Systems thinking mindset, balancing theory, practicality and commercial outcomes.
