Job Description
- What you'll be doing
- Deliver the UK marketing plan by turning priorities into coordinated campaigns, content and initiatives that strengthen Digitas UK's market presence.
- Support new business opportunities by helping manage RFIs, proposals, credentials and pitch processes, ensuring high-quality delivery and smooth stakeholder coordination.
- Create and coordinate thought leadership, case studies, award submissions, newsletters and marketing materials that showcase agency expertise and client success.
- Manage social media activity and content calendars, ensuring communications are engaging, consistent and aligned with business objectives.
- Coordinate industry events, partnership initiatives, client experiences and internal showcases, overseeing logistics, communications and follow-up activity.
- Maintain and enhance digital touchpoints, including website content, credentials and agency profiles, ensuring information remains current and relevant.
- Keep growth operations running smoothly through effective administration, reporting, financial coordination, research and management of key business development resources.
Skills we're looking for
- Experience in marketing, communications, business development, agency growth or a related environment, with a strong interest in supporting organisational growth.
- Excellent organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with a range of stakeholders.
- Strong written communication skills and the ability to produce clear, engaging and audience-appropriate content.
- Confidence building relationships with colleagues at all levels, gathering information and keeping projects moving forward collaboratively.
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of how marketing activity can support reputation, client relationships and business development outcomes.
