We're currently looking for a Maintenance Team Leader to join our team at our Kettering site. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of Engineers, driving maintenance performance, equipment reliability and continuous improvement across your area. As a Maintenance Team Leader, you'll be responsible for ensuring maintenance activities are planned, prioritised and executed effectively, whilst developing engineering capability and supporting the delivery of world-class manufacturing performance. Key Responsibilities Leading, coaching and developing a team of skilled maintenance engineers. Planning and coordinating preventive and reactive maintenance activities using SAP and own the maintenance planning and scheduling system for site. Prioritising work requests and ensuring jobs are fully prepared with the right resources, materials and instructions. Driving rapid response to breakdowns while balancing planned maintenance priorities. Leading fault-finding, root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives. Managing contractors and specialist service providers when required. Collaborating with Production, QA and Engineering teams to maximise plant performance and reliability. Championing safety, quality, GMP and engineering best practices across the site.
