Publicis Production is seeking a Tech Solutions Director with deep expertise in Digital Asset Management (DAM) and Marketing Resource Management (MRM) to lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of enterprise-grade production technology solutions. This role bridges technology, production, and client needs, ensuring that scalable, efficient, and innovative platforms support content creation, asset lifecycle management, and marketing operations across global brands.

You will act as a strategic partner to clients and internal stakeholders, translating business challenges into end‑to‑end technical ecosystems, while driving transformation programmes that enhance content velocity, governance, reuse, and ROI.

Responsibilities
  • Define and lead the DAM/MRM technology strategy across Publicis Production and its clients
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior clients on content supply chain transformation, asset governance, and martech ecosystems
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to align technology with business and creative objectives
  • Contribute to new business pitches, solution design, and client growth initiatives
  • Design and oversee implementation of enterprise DAM/MRM platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Bynder, Aprimo, Sitecore, etc.)
  • Lead end‑to‑end solution architecture, including integrations with CMS, CRM, PIM, CDP, and creative tools
  • Ensure solutions support global scale, localisation, versioning, workflow automation, and compliance
  • Drive adoption of modular, API‑first, and cloud‑based architectures
  • Establish and optimise content production workflows enabled by DAM/MRM systems
  • Improve asset discoverability, reuse, and lifecycle management
  • Implement automation, AI tagging, and metadata strategies to enhance efficiency
  • Deliver measurable improvements in speed‑to‑market and cost efficiency
  • Collaborate with clients (CMOs, Martech, Ops) and internal teams (Creative, Production, Data, Tech)
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value propositions
  • Manage senior stakeholder expectations across multiple markets and brands
  • Lead and mentor a cross‑functional team (Solution Architects, Engineers, Product Specialists)
  • Establish best practices in delivery governance, platform management, and vendor relationships
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and brand standards
Qualifications
  • 8–12+ years in technology solutions, martech, or digital transformation, ideally within agency, consulting, or production environments
  • Proven experience delivering DAM and/or MRM solutions at enterprise scale
  • Strong understanding of content supply chain, digital production, and marketing operations
  • Deep knowledge of leading DAM/MRM platforms such as: Adobe Experience Manager (Assets), Bynder, Aprimo, Sitecore Content Hub
  • Experience designing integrations across: CMS, CRM, CDP, PIM, AdTech/MarTech stacks
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), APIs, microservices architecture
  • Exposure to AI/automation within asset management (tagging, search, personalisation)
  • Strong client‑facing and stakeholder management experience at senior level
  • Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
  • Experience leading multi‑market or global transformation programmes
  • Commercial awareness with experience supporting pre‑sales and pitch activity
  • Experience in content at scale environments (e.g., retail, FMCG, automotive, pharma)
  • Knowledge of MRM workflow tools, campaign planning, and budget tracking systems
  • Familiarity with data‑driven marketing and personalisation ecosystems
  • Agile / SAFe / product‑led delivery experience
