This is a role for someone who loves finding great people and wants a bit more ownership, trust and stretch. You'll be joining the Media TA team and working closely with our media performance businesses. This will be a true partnership, not just filling roles. You'll get space to shape how hiring is done, try things out, and grow into a more senior TA role without being thrown in at the deep end. If you're a strong Resourcer who's ready for the next step, we'd really like to talk to you.
Responsibilities
- Running end‐to‐end hiring for roles across media performance, with support around you when you need it
- Spending real time sourcing and talking to candidates, not just managing inboxes
- Building genuine relationships with hiring managers so hiring feels like a shared job, not a handover
- Being the person candidates remember for the right reasons; clear, honest and human
- Shaping how we attract talent and telling better stories about our teams and work
- Using data and insight to improve how we hire (we'll help you learn this)
- Helping make our hiring fairer, more inclusive and more enjoyable for everyone involved
Qualifications
- Experience as a Resourcer or recruiter, ideally agency‐side or in‐house, ready to step up
- Confidence speaking to candidates and stakeholders, even when things aren't straightforward
- Curiosity about media, performance marketing or digital roles (you don't need to know it all yet)
- A practical mindset. You like fixing problems and making things better
- Organisation skills that mean nothing important gets dropped
- A genuine interest in people and what makes them tick
- Openness to learning, feedback and trying new ways of working
We care a lot about hiring fairly and building teams with different backgrounds, experiences and perspectives. If you don't meet every point above but feel excited by the role, we'd still love to hear from you.
