Autocar is seeking a Syndication Editor with a sharp newsroom instinct to manage our content on the MSN platform. As Microsoft seeks to diversify its appeal combining galleries with authoritative, long‑form journalism, your role is to ensure Autocar’s industry‑leading car reviews, deep‑dive features, and breaking news packages are positioned for maximum reach and revenue. You will treat the feed like a digital front page, selecting and optimising our best editorial work for a massive global audience.
Responsibilities
- Curate and package: Select and schedule Autocar’s premium long‑form features, galleries, news, and reviews for the MSN ecosystem.
- Optimise for quality: Craft compelling, accurate headlines and choose striking imagery that drives engagement without resorting to sensationalism.
- Feed management: Monitor the CMS and RSS feeds to ensure seamless content ingestion and formatting.
- Analyse performance: Track real‑time audience data on the Microsoft dashboard to refine our syndication strategy and boost traffic.
