We help the world’s leading brands drive growth by combining creativity, media, data, technology and consulting. We are designed to help our clients thrive, with the capabilities, the experience and the understanding needed to help our clients unlock growth in a platform world. Through our Power of One approach, we bring together the right expertise from across our agencies to deliver joined up, end to end solutions. “Viva la Différence” sits at the heart of our culture. We’re hiring a Senior HR Advisor (known internally as Senior Talent Advisor) to play a meaningful role in shaping how people experience work across Publicis Groupe UK, specifically in Media. Working closely with Talent Partners and the wider Talent team, you’ll help build a culture where people feel supported, heard and able to grow. This is a hands‑on, people‑centred role with real breadth, offering exposure across employee relations, engagement, development and organisational change. If you enjoy combining sound judgement with empathy and impact, this is a role where your contribution truly matters.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Partnering with managers and employees to provide trusted, practical guidance across the employee lifecycle.
  • Supporting consistent and fair performance management practices, including coaching managers on tools and processes.
  • Managing a range of employee relations matters with care, structure and attention to detail.
  • Using people data (absence, turnover, diversity and engagement) to inform decisions and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Contributing to organisational change activity, including restructures, TUPE and consultation processes.
  • Collaborating with Talent Operations, L&D and Talent Partners to ensure accurate data, smooth processes and joined‑up delivery.
  • Playing an active role in Talent initiatives that strengthen engagement, retention and inclusion across the business.

Skills we’re looking for:

  • Experience operating at Senior HR Advisor level, or as a HR Advisor ready to step into broader responsibility.
  • A solid grounding in UK employment law and confidence supporting (sometimes complex) employee relations processes.
  • Strong relationship‑building skills, with the ability to influence and guide a wide range of stakeholders.
  • An organised and thoughtful approach, balancing multiple priorities with care and accuracy.
  • Curiosity and a continuous‑improvement mindset, with a desire to simplify and improve people processes.
  • Comfort working in a matrixed or evolving environment, adapting to change as it happens.
  • A collaborative, inclusive outlook that values different perspectives and ways of working.

Publicis Groupe offers a wide range of benefits to support our employees. Full details are shared when you join, but highlights include core benefits such as Pension, Life Assurance, and Private Medical cover, alongside enhanced policies like Reflection Days and Shared Parental Leave.

Publicis Groupe works primarily from the office or our clients' office four days per week. This role will be based at our London Office in White City. Publicis Groupe is an equal opportunities employer. We welcome and encourage applications from people of all backgrounds, and do not discriminate on the basis of race, ethnicity, nationality, religion or belief, disability, age, citizenship, relationship status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other protected characteristic.

We are committed to providing a fair, accessible, and inclusive recruitment process. If you have any access needs – for example, related to disability, neurodivergence, or a health condition – please let us know. We’ll work with you to ensure the process works for you. Sharing this information will never impact your application.
