Position Purpose: Reporting to the Senior Manager, StoneX Self Directed Marketing UK, this role owns the strategic direction and day‑to‑day execution of marketing for StoneX’s new retail brand for the region. You will lead the development and delivery of the marketing roadmap, translating local market insights and regulatory requirements into high‑impact, performance‑driven initiatives aligned to grow the StoneX Self-directed brand and Marketing priorities.

As the primary marketing specialist for the UK, you will partner closely with global counterparts, as well as Central Marketing, Sales & HNW, Product, and Compliance teams, to drive sustainable growth across acquisition, activation, and lifetime value. This role is accountable for orchestrating integrated campaigns, platform and website enhancements, and client communications that strengthen market positioning, improve customer experience, and deliver measurable commercial outcomes in a highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Market Leadership: Own and execute the StoneX UK marketing strategy to drive sustainable growth in new funded and traded accounts, revenue, and lifetime value. Serve as the subject‑matter expert for the UK market, including regional client behaviours, acquisition channels, and competitive positioning across key focus areas. Translate UK market insights into integrated, performance‑driven marketing strategies aligned with both regional and global priorities. Support B2B cross‑sell initiatives by working closely with Business Development and the Head of Sales on campaign planning, enablement, and execution.
  • Performance Marketing & Execution: Develop and implement end‑to‑end acquisition, conversion, activation, and retention programs across paid media, affiliates, CRM, SEO, CRO, and owned channels. Own funnel performance and optimization, including Cost per Application (CPA), Cost per Funded / Traded Account (CPF / CPT), trading activity and revenue contribution, and cross‑sell and product adoption. Continuously optimize campaigns against agreed KPIs using testing, experimentation, and data‑driven insights. Manage annual budgets, monthly spend, quarterly forecasts, and weekly/monthly performance reporting.
  • Cross‑Functional & Stakeholder Alignment: Operate as a proven self‑starter, driving initiatives end‑to‑end with minimal oversight in a fast‑paced, regulated environment. Demonstrate high operational rigor across planning, execution, and delivery, managing multiple concurrent workstreams. Partner closely with Compliance and Legal to steward brand, messaging, and go‑to‑market execution in line with UK regulatory requirements. Work with Product and Onboarding teams to optimize KYC, funding flows, and user journeys. Align acquisition quality with downstream performance with Sales and Client Management teams. Share best practices and ensure alignment with global and regional marketing teams.
  • Customer Experience & Insights: Maintain a deep understanding of the UK customer experience, translating qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable marketing improvements. Work with Insights and Analytics teams to establish robust measurement frameworks, including tracking and attribution, web and funnel analytics, and Customer Lifetime Value and ROI by source. Ensure consistent optimization of copy, creative, landing pages, and onboarding flows to improve conversion and engagement.
  • Governance, Compliance & Best Practice: Take ownership of ensuring a deep understanding of UK regulatory and compliance requirements, including financial promotion standards. Actively identify risk and partner with Compliance to enhance controls across marketing activities. Conduct regular competitor and market benchmarking across products, pricing, acquisition tactics, and customer experience. Establish and share best practices with global counterparts.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum qualifications: 5+ years in performance marketing with clear ownership of acquisition funnels and revenue outcomes. Hands‑on experience marketing financial services in the UK, with strong knowledge of the UK regulatory environment. Demonstrated experience operating across the market, including regional client behaviours and channels. Proven track record of driving initiatives from concept through execution independently with measurable business impact. Strong operational discipline, planning rigor, and task‑execution excellence. Deep understanding of customer experience and performance marketing analytics. Demonstrated experience partnering closely with Compliance and Legal in regulated environments. Ability to operate comfortably at both strategic and tactical levels. Experience working across countries and time zones. Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills. Advanced Excel skills.
  • Preferred qualifications: 2+ years within digital financial services marketing FX, CFDs, or multi‑asset trading platforms. Proven command of paid media, affiliates, CRM, CRO and analytics.
