We are hiring a Senior Analytics Manager to shape how data drives growth at the point of purchase for one of the world’s leading FMCG organisations. Sitting within Publicis Commerce UK, this role brings together digital shelf expertise, strategic thinking and senior client partnership to turn complex analytics into clear commercial action. You’ll operate at the intersection of commerce strategy, content execution and analytics, influencing decisions that directly impact conversion, availability and growth. Responsibilities

  • Owning digital shelf analytics across content quality, availability, search visibility and execution performance.
  • Defining what “good” looks like on the digital shelf, setting clear KPIs, benchmarks and scorecards linked to commercial outcomes.
  • Diagnosing why products win or lose online and translating complex data into prioritised, actionable recommendations.
  • Connecting multiple data sources to build a holistic view of ecommerce performance and future growth opportunities.
  • Leading senior client conversations, clearly explaining insight, trade-offs and recommended actions.
  • Shaping commerce roadmaps by quantifying the commercial impact of shelf improvements and guiding investment decisions.
  • Acting as a senior analytics leader within the team, building capability and raising the standard of insight-led delivery.

Qualifications

  • Experience leading digital shelf or ecommerce analytics with a strong focus on commercial outcomes.
  • Confidence turning complex data into clear, persuasive recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of how content, availability and execution influence ecommerce performance.
  • Strong analytical capability, paired with sound commercial judgement and strategic thinking.
  • Comfort working with data models and forecasts, while staying focused on decisions and impact.
