We are hiring a Retail Media Account Director to lead one of L’Oréal’s most important retail media partnerships. This role sits at the heart of how iconic beauty brands show up across retailer ecosystems — shaping strategy, guiding teams, and delivering measurable commercial growth. You’ll work closely with senior L’Oréal stakeholders, retail partners, and specialist teams to turn insight into action and ambition into results. Responsibilities

  • Own the strategic direction of L’Oréal’s retail media account, translating commercial goals into clear activation roadmaps.
  • Lead and inspire a high‑performing team, creating clarity, momentum and space for development.
  • Partner closely with senior client stakeholders to build trusted, long‑term relationships rooted in value and outcomes.
  • Oversee the planning, delivery and optimisation of retail media campaigns across key platforms, including Amazon and retailer media networks.
  • Use performance data and market insight to shape recommendations that drive growth and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with specialists across media, data, tech and commerce to deliver connected, high‑quality solutions.
  • Ensure financial rigour across the account, from forecasting and budget management to billing and reconciliation.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience leading retail media or eCommerce accounts within an agency or in‑house environment.
  • A strategic mindset, with the ability to balance long‑term vision and day‑to‑day delivery.
  • Confidence working with retailer media platforms such as Amazon Advertising, Epsilon Retail Media or Criteo.
  • A collaborative leadership style, with experience developing and supporting people at different stages of their careers.
  • Clear, engaging communication skills — comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and guiding teams.
  • Commercial awareness, with experience managing budgets and driving return on investment.
  • Curiosity and adaptability in a fast‑evolving commerce and retail media landscape.
