You’ll sit at the heart of the business, trusted by senior leaders, with the space and mandate to influence decisions that matter. If you enjoy turning complexity into clarity and want your work to leave a lasting imprint, this role is designed for you.

Responsibilities

  • Setting the benchmark for how resourcing, capacity and utilisation are managed across the agency, establishing clear, fair and sustainable practices.
  • Translating business demand into practical resourcing plans that balance client delivery, commercial outcomes and people wellbeing.
  • Partnering closely with agency leadership to surface risks early and guide confident, informed decision‑making.
  • Shaping how onshore and offshore capability is used, ensuring the right mix for quality, cost and long‑term sustainability.
  • Bringing clarity to utilisation and capacity data, turning insight into action rather than reporting for reporting’s sake.
  • Influencing hiring and resourcing decisions so growth is intentional, justified and aligned to real demand.
  • Acting as a calm, credible voice in moments of pressure, helping teams navigate change with fairness and transparency.

Qualifications

  • Experience in resourcing, workforce or capacity planning within a complex, multi‑stakeholder environment.
  • Confidence working with data and commercial information, and using it to guide practical outcomes.
  • Strong relationship‑building skills, with the ability to earn trust and influence at senior levels.
  • Sound judgement when balancing business needs with sustainable workloads and career progression.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and building structure where it doesn’t yet exist.
  • A thoughtful, people‑centred approach combined with commercial awareness.
  • High levels of discretion and integrity when handling sensitive information.
