We are hiring a Programmatic Manager to play a pivotal role across two well-known global brands — Edrington and Nomad Foods. Sitting within Zenith’s Global Programmatic team, this role offers the chance to shape end-to-end programmatic strategy across brand and performance campaigns, working across multiple channels and markets. You’ll be the London lead for programmatic, combining hands-on planning with thoughtful client partnership and team leadership. It’s a role for someone who enjoys ownership, collaboration and turning insight into meaningful results.
Responsibilities:- Owning end-to-end programmatic delivery across Edrington and Nomad, from planning through to activation, reporting and optimisation.
- Acting as the day-to-day programmatic lead for clients and internal stakeholders, building trusted and productive relationships.
- Developing clear, effective programmatic strategies across Display, Video, Connected TV and DOOH.
- Leading campaign performance reviews, translating data into insight and practical recommendations.
- Working closely with offshore activation teams to ensure high-quality execution and a strong one-team culture.
- Managing operational elements including timelines, reporting cycles and financial processes.
- Contributing to wider Global Programmatic initiatives, sharing best practice and helping evolve how the team works.
- Solid experience in programmatic media planning and buying within an agency environment.
- Confidence managing client relationships and explaining programmatic performance in a clear, structured way.
- Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem and how different channels work together.
