We are hiring a PPC Manager to play a key role in delivering high-impact Shopping and Search performance for Procter & Gamble across Europe. Sitting within the PG ONE Publicis Media team, this role offers hands-on ownership of large-scale Google Shopping activity across multiple markets and product categories. You’ll combine deep Google Ads expertise with strong analytical thinking to turn complex product data into measurable growth. It’s a chance to work at the heart of ecommerce performance, collaborating closely with strategy, analytics, and activation teams across the region.

Responsibilities

  • Planning, building, and optimising Google Shopping and Search campaigns across multiple European markets
  • Owning campaign structure, product segmentation, and bidding strategies to drive strong performance outcomes
  • Applying advanced bidding approaches to improve efficiency, conversion performance, and return on ad spend
  • Analysing performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for incremental growth
  • Working closely with feed and technical teams to improve product data quality and Shopping visibility
  • Collaborating with local market teams to ensure consistent best practice and effective regional activation
  • Contributing to innovation, testing, and continuous improvement across Shopping and Search activity

Qualifications

  • Experience managing PPC campaigns, with a strong focus on Google Ads and Shopping
  • Proven experience running Google Shopping campaigns at scale within ecommerce environments
  • Confidence working across multi-market accounts, ideally within FMCG or retail-led brands
  • Strong understanding of bidding strategies, campaign structure, and performance optimisation techniques
  • An analytical mindset, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights
  • Familiarity with reporting and measurement tools such as Google Analytics and Looker Studio
  • A collaborative, organised approach and the ability to work effectively across teams and disciplines
