We’re hiring a Paid Search Account Manager to help shape and scale paid search performance for a globally recognised premium brand. In this role, you’ll take ownership of high‑impact Shopping and Performance Max activity across EMEA, working closely with clients and internal teams to drive measurable growth. You’ll combine strategic thinking with hands‑on expertise, turning data and product insight into meaningful outcomes. What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading the day‑to‑day strategy and optimisation of paid search campaigns, with a strong focus on Shopping and Performance Max.
  • Translating client objectives, product insight and market context into clear, effective search strategies.
  • Managing budgets, forecasts and projections in collaboration with internal account teams.
  • Reviewing account performance to identify opportunities, address risks and maintain strong pacing against KPIs.
  • Supporting and developing team members through clear feedback, knowledge sharing and practical coaching.
  • Partnering with clients and global stakeholders, contributing confidently to meetings, reporting and presentations.
  • Improving ways of working by identifying gaps, streamlining processes and encouraging new ideas and testing.

Skills we’re looking for:

  • Solid experience managing paid search accounts, including Shopping and Performance Max.
  • Confidence working with data, with a thoughtful and structured approach to analysis and problem‑solving.
  • Experience using platforms such as SA360 and GA4, with a broader understanding of the paid search ecosystem.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to a range of audiences, including non‑specialists.
  • Comfort managing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • An interest in how automation, AI and new technology can support smarter performance marketing.
  • A collaborative mindset, with a willingness to share knowledge and contribute to team development.
