About the Role: This is an exciting opportunity to join a global high‑tech B2B electronics company, supporting demand generation across European markets. As a Marketing Campaign Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering integrated, multi‑channel campaigns that drive engagement, generate leads, and contribute to pipeline growth. You will work closely with sales and product teams to align marketing activity with commercial objectives, while taking ownership of European events from planning through to execution and follow‑up. The role also involves managing external partners, developing impactful marketing collateral, and using data and insights to continuously optimise campaign performance.

About You: You are a proactive and hands‑on B2B marketer with experience executing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, paid media, and web. Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a B2B marketing role, preferably within technology or engineering sectors.
  • Experience executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (Pardot, Marketo, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Ability to analyse campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
  • Experience managing events or marketing programmes is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Kentico).
  • Proactive and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute integrated, multi‑channel marketing campaigns across email, social media, paid media, and web to drive engagement and lead generation.
  • Support demand generation initiatives by delivering campaigns that contribute to pipeline growth and measurable business outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to support outbound activity, improve lead flow, and ensure accurate CRM data to enhance pipeline visibility.
  • Own and deliver European marketing events (trade shows, webinars, seminars), managing end‑to‑end execution including planning, logistics, promotion, and post‑event follow‑up.
  • Partner with OEMs and product teams to identify and activate co‑marketing opportunities that drive audience engagement and lead generation.
  • Develop and maintain marketing collateral (e.g. brochures, presentations, product sheets), briefing external designers and ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies (PR, media, design), ensuring delivery against objectives, timelines, and budgets.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance using defined KPIs, providing insights and recommendations to optimise future activity.
