We are hiring a Managing Partner to shape and lead the global Data, Analytics & Automation Platforms agenda for one of the world's most influential digital brands. This is a high‐impact role where you'll set the vision, bring people together, and turn data capability into meaningful growth across regions. Working at the intersection of strategy, technology, and client partnership, you'll help define how data drives smarter decisions and better experiences worldwide. Responsibilities

  • Set a clear, global vision and roadmap for data, analytics, and automation platforms, aligning regional approaches into a cohesive, scalable strategy.
  • Partner closely with global and regional client teams to bring this vision to life, ensuring strong adoption and measurable value.
  • Lead the implementation of analytics and decisioning capabilities that improve how insight informs optimisation, personalisation, and experimentation.
  • Guide and support multidisciplinary teams of strategists and engineers, creating clarity, momentum, and shared standards.
  • Own senior client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor through onboarding, business reviews, and long‐term planning. Translate complex data capability into clear narratives that resonate with commercial and non‐technical stakeholders.
  • Contribute to wider Publicis Media and Zenith International initiatives, sharing best practice and helping raise standards across the network.

Qualifications

  • Experience leading data and analytics programmes in complex, regional or global environments.
  • The ability to create an ambitious yet practical vision and see it through from strategy to delivery.
  • Confidence working across a broad range of data, analytics, and measurement practices, without needing to be hands‐on in every detail.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build trust and alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Commercial awareness, including comfort with programme economics, resourcing, and long‐term value creation.
  • A thoughtful, proactive approach to problem‐solving, including knowing when and how to elevate risks.
  • A collaborative mindset, with the curiosity and openness to learn from others and adapt as needs evolve.
