Job Description

We're hiring! Our Publicis Media Content team is on the lookout for an Influencer Marketing Director to lead epic creator campaigns for some of our biggest brands. If you love big ideas, bold creators, and brilliant results, this one’s for you! Reporting into the Influencer Marketing Business Director, you will manage strategy, planning and development of multiple influencer campaigns and programs across a range of UK and global clients. You will also support the Business Director in developing the influencer marketing department across product and proposition, enhancing our marketing & sales collateral for internal teams and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy, planning, and delivery of influencer marketing campaigns from brief through to activation and reporting.
  • Integrate influencer activity into wider content, media, and digital strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Oversee campaign execution to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
  • Build and lead project teams, promoting a test-and-learn culture and continuous improvement in creative and execution.
  • Manage talent strategy, ensuring fair negotiation, duty of care, and diverse, representative creator selection.
  • Improve operational efficiency through use of in-house platforms, automation, and emerging technologies.
  • Support new business by developing influencer strategies, contributing to pitches, and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Maximise revenue across existing clients and help develop new revenue streams.
  • Support departmental growth through product development, marketing initiatives, and industry partnerships.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, partners, creators, and internal stakeholders to drive retention and growth.
  • Line manage and develop junior team members, providing coaching, feedback, and career development support.
  • Act as an ambassador for the agency within the creator and talent community.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns across multiple platforms and clients.
  • Strong understanding of creator ecosystems, talent partnerships, and influencer negotiation and contracting.
  • Experience working within an agency environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to develop strategic, insight-led influencer approaches aligned to wider media and content strategies.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working cross-functionally and directly with clients.
  • Experience managing and developing junior team members (or readiness to step into a leadership role).
  • Highly organised, commercially minded, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
