We're hiring a Growth (Solutions) Director to help drive new business at PublicisProduction. This is a senior role for someone who knows how to turn a complex client brief into a winning pitch, shaping the commercial story, building the right solution, and landing it confidently in the room with senior stakeholders.
You’ll need to be as comfortable in the detail as you are in the boardroom. That means owning multiple high-priority workstreams at once, working across creative, strategy, production and operations to get everyone pulling in the same direction, and making smart commercial decisions even when you don't have all the answers. If you're someone who takes accountability, stays calm under pressure and genuinely understands how great production drives business growth, not just great work, we'd love to hear from you.
