Job Description

We are hiring a Global Senior Account Executive to help deliver best-in-class media services for Essity, a leading global hygiene and health company. This role sits at the heart of the global client team, supporting the smooth delivery of media strategy and operations across multiple brands and markets. You’ll play a hands-on role in coordinating teams, shaping outputs, and ensuring work is delivered with care, clarity and impact. Responsibilities

  • Acting as a key day-to-day contact on the account, supporting global operations and responding to client and market queries with clarity and confidence.
  • Coordinating weekly internal and client status calls, bringing together updates from multiple teams to keep work moving smoothly.
  • Building clear, thoughtful client-facing presentations and internal templates to communicate plans, progress and insights.
  • Partnering closely with local agency teams across markets to align activity with global strategy.
  • Supporting the Global Account Manager to ensure consistency and quality of media planning across regions.
  • Reviewing and auditing media plans, ensuring accuracy in spend, data, and campaign structure.
  • Overseeing reporting processes, including data aggregation, competitive analysis, and finance reconciliation support.

Qualifications

  • Experience working across multiple media channels within a media agency environment.
  • Strong organisation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage several workstreams at once.
  • A clear and adaptable communication style, both written and verbal.
  • A solutions-focused mindset, with confidence navigating challenges and change.
  • A strong eye for detail and pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work.
  • An interest in data and analytics, with the ability to interpret and explain performance.
  • Working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, used to support storytelling and analysis.
