We are hiring a Global Planning Account Director to lead one of the world’s most influential and innovative brands at a truly global scale. This role sits at the heart of our international planning team, shaping media strategy for Meta’s Brand Product Marketing portfolio across multiple markets. You’ll play a pivotal role in turning ambition into action — partnering closely with senior clients, local markets and specialist teams to deliver work that drives growth and cultural impact. What you’ll be doing:

  • Owning day‑to‑day leadership of Meta’s global planning work, ensuring consistently high standards across markets.
  • Acting as the primary client partner for your portfolio, building trusted, long‑term relationships.
  • Leading annual planning, global strategy and measurement projects in partnership with senior stakeholders.
  • Guiding teams to deliver integrated media plans across brand, performance and innovation.
  • Creating clarity and momentum across complex workstreams, from rapid‑response campaigns to long‑term initiatives.
  • Developing and supporting managers and executives, fostering collaboration, confidence and growth.
  • Identifying opportunities to evolve ways of working, improve processes and strengthen the Meta partnership.
