We are hiring a Social Media and Community Manager to help shape culture at scale for some of the world’s most recognisable brands. This role sits at the intersection of creativity, community and data — turning insight into social experiences people genuinely want to engage with. Job Description
What will you be doing?
- Owning the end-to-end delivery of always-on social media programmes for iconic global brands
- Managing content publishing, community engagement and moderation across multiple platforms
- Partnering with creative, strategy and client teams to ensure ideas are built for social impact
- Using cultural insight, trends and performance data to shape content decisions and recommendations
- Leading community management both on- and off-handle to build meaningful brand relationships
- Producing clear, insightful reporting that turns metrics into actionable learnings
- Building trusted, collaborative relationships with clients, agency partners and internal teams
