  • Lead annual business planning, scopes of work, and commercial performance across brands and markets.
  • Oversee high‐quality delivery across multiple regions, ensuring work is insight‐led, strategically aligned, and delivered with operational rigour.
  • Partner closely with finance leadership to manage revenue, forecasting, and sustainable margin performance.
  • Identify and convert growth opportunities within existing client relationships, expanding scope and long‐term value.
  • Lead, coach, and develop multi‐disciplinary teams, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture.

Skills we're looking for:

  • Significant experience in FMCG, retail‐focused marketing, or commerce roles, gained client‐side or agency‐side.
  • Proven leadership of complex, multi‐market client relationships at a senior level.
  • Strong understanding of omni‐channel commerce, including retail media, shopper marketing, and brand integration.
  • Commercial and financial acumen, with experience owning revenue, forecasts, and profitability.
  • Strategic thinking paired with the ability to turn complexity into clear, actionable plans.
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder‐management and presentation skills.
  • A collaborative leadership style, with a genuine interest in developing people and building strong teams.
