Responsibilities
Drive Global Operational ExcellenceYou’ll help shape and implement global operational frameworks that create consistency, efficiency and transparency across markets.
- Translate global operational strategies into scalable implementation plans
- Partner with media and operational leaders to develop best‑practice playbooks and frameworks
- Review and improve end‑to‑end campaign workflows, identifying opportunities to simplify processes and improve quality
You’ll help ensure our teams have the right tools, standards and governance in place to perform at their best.
- Support the adoption of global governance standards, taxonomies and responsible marketing policies
- Collaborate with regional and global data teams to improve data quality and reporting accuracy
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and increase efficiency
- Support the rollout and adoption of new platforms, tools and technologies
You’ll help drive financial transparency and operational rigour across markets.
- Oversee processes related to purchase orders, financial tracking and invoice quality assurance
- Partner with finance and media teams to ensure accurate reporting and reconciliation
- Ensure operational delivery aligns with financial governance requirements
You’ll be a champion for better ways of working.
- Lead problem‑solving initiatives and root‑cause analysis to resolve operational challenges
- Identify scalable improvements that drive measurable business impact

Qualifications

- Experience across both traditional and digital media, including brand and performance channels
- A proven track record of improving operational effectiveness through simplification, standardisation and automation
- Strong problem‑solving capabilities with experience applying root‑cause analysis methodologies
- Confidence challenging existing processes and developing smarter ways of working
- Experience implementing change programmes across complex, global organisations
- Strong knowledge of media systems, planning tools and reporting platforms
- Experience leading teams or initiatives, including influencing stakeholders beyond direct reporting lines
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
- A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with strong attention to detail
