The Demand & Field Marketing Manager is a critical engine of our demand generation program across the EMEA business, with a heavy focus on event strategy, compelling content, and execution. This role serves as the connective tissue between corporate marketing and our regional sales teams. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design, operationalize, and execute high‑impact field marketing programs—spanning proprietary (first‑party) events, strategic third‑party conferences, joint partner activations, and scalable webinars—that drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and pipeline growth in EMEA.

The ideal candidate is not just a logistical mastermind, but a storyteller and content strategist. You know how to craft high‑value propositions that create a sense of urgency and FOMO (fear of missing out), ensuring high attendance and unforgettable attendee experiences from invitation to post‑event follow‑up. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Marketing Director.

  • Own the planning, budget management, and execution for all EMEA field programs, including first‑party executive roadshows, third‑party industry trade shows, joint partner activations, and localized webinars.
  • Drive the content lifecycle for all events to maximize registration and engagement. Craft the overarching event value proposition and write compelling copy for pre‑event invites, landing pages, during‑event materials, and post‑event nurture tracks that trigger immediate action.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and leadership to translate complex technical concepts into engaging, narrative‑driven presentation decks, session abstracts, and on‑stage talk tracks. Ensure a cohesive, high‑impact brand story is told across all touchpoints.
  • Select and pitch the best internal executives, subject matter experts, customers, or external keynotes strategically for each event format. Prep speakers on talk tracks, audience demographics, and presentation flow to ensure maximum impact.
  • Architect a seamless, memorable experience across three critical phases: Pre‑Event: Buzz‑building campaigns, hyper‑targeted invitations, and sales alignment. During‑Event: On‑site atmosphere, engaging content delivery, and interactive networking. After‑Event: Content recycling, rapid follow‑up cadences, and continuous value delivery.
  • Partner closely with Sales to design tight pre‑event outreach and post‑event follow‑up cadences, ensuring high attendance, on‑site meeting bookings, and rapid lead conversion.
  • Oversee the technical setup, target list segmentation, and tracking architecture for all field campaigns. Evaluate total impact and ROI (MQLs, pipeline generated, accelerated pipeline) to continuously refine EMEA strategy.
  • Oversee external venues, production agencies, and suppliers to ensure top‑tier event execution on time and within budget. Travel across the EMEA region as required for event execution.

What you bring:

  • 8+ years of B2B high‑tech marketing experience in Field Marketing, Content Marketing, or Event Management.
  • Experience managing a diverse event portfolio (proprietary roadshows, third‑party trade shows, partner co‑marketing, and webinars).
  • Experience in copywriting and storytelling, with a proven ability to write high‑converting marketing copy, develop engaging presentation narratives, and articulate a clear "why attend?" value proposition.
  • Experience with the B2B sales cycle and aligning with sales leadership, AEs, and SDRs.
  • Experience managing multiple event timelines and content deadlines simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Experience with marketing tech stacks and CRM tools (Salesforce.com, Outreach, and Eloqua/Marketo/HubSpot), as well as webinar/event platforms.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor‑level degree with a Marketing, Communications, English, or Business emphasis.
  • Proven ability to look at event logistics through an "audience‑first" lens to design highly experiential, interactive moments.
  • Established experience successfully negotiating contracts and interfacing with external venue vendors and event production agencies.
  • Prior experience in a direct Sales, SDR, or public speaking coaching role.
  • A sense of humor, tenacity, and grace under pressure.
